I am CA Nitish Chugh.

Nitish chugh

I have completed my post-qualification- diploma in Information System Audit(2011), certificate course on Arbitration(2012) & a diploma course in Insurance & Risk Management(2014). Apart from this, I also cleared the Company Secretary exam in 2013 and was designated as an ACS. A few years later, in 2016, I completed my Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) from ACCA, UK. In July 2018, I was recognized as a registered valuer under the Securities & Financial Assets Category by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. As of now, I’m working on India’s first privately held social platform for the CA fraternity- ‘CA Network Of India’.

Academic Profile

01.
Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.)

CA Nitish graduated with an Honors Degree in Commerce from the Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (DCAC), Delhi University, in 2006.

02.
Chartered Accountancy

He cleared the Chartered Accountancy exam conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) of India in Nov 2007 (First Attempt). Since 2014, he has been a Fellow Member of the Institute.

03.
Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA)
He cleared the DISA exam held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in December 2010 with 75% Marks and gained experience in implementing system controls under different ERP packages. 
04.
Certification Course on Arbitration

He completed the certificate course on Arbitration conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in December 2012 that was concluded by a written exam. He is in Panel of the arbitrator’s maintained by ICAI.

05.
Company Secretary
He cleared the final exam held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in December 2013 and is now an associate member of ICSI.
06.
Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management (DIRM)
In May 2014, he cleared the DIRM exam held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)  and now possesses vast experience in the field of insurance sector.
07.
Diploma in IFRS

He cleared the DipIFRS exam held by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) with 65% Marks, and has gained experience in implementing IND-AS in large publicly traded entities in India. He is also a speaker on IND-AS and has conducted several sessions across various branches of ICAI.

Registered Valuer
CA Nitish has been recognized as a Registered valuer under the Securities & Financial Assets Category by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He is the 1st Registered Valuer of the ICAI Registered Valuers Organization, after undergoing 50 hours of educational training.
09.
Insolvency Professional (IBBI -IIIPI)

In May 2019, CA Nitish got Registered as Insolvency Professional by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India after successfully clearing the exam and undergoing 50 hours of educational training conducted by the Indian Institute Insolvency Professional of ICAI (IIIPI).

Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD)
In July 2019, he successfully completed the certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
11.
Certificate Course on Blockchain Technology

He has also completed the certificate course on Blockchain technology conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in July 2019. It was concluded by Project (on Use case), which also got selected as the third best idea!

To help branches in Development of Infrastructure like Reading Rooms/Libraries, on the job training and practical workshops for the members & students.

To Operate Placement Cell at NIRC for young Qualified Members as well as for Students seeking Articleship/Industrial Training.

Bringing more transparency in the functioning of NIRC by circulating minutes of meetings to all members.

Sharing best practices & enhanced collaborations with central council & other regional councils for the betterment of the profession.

To Make NIRC Available/closer to members & Students by actively Raising their Concerns at higher levels to get the best solutions.
