Hello there! I am CA Nitish Chugh
I have completed my post-qualification- diploma in Information System Audit(2011), certificate course on Arbitration(2012) & a diploma course in Insurance & Risk Management(2014). Apart from this, I also cleared the Company Secretary exam in 2013 and was designated as an ACS.

Registered as a Valuer for Asset class – Securities or Financial Assets with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India bearing registration no. IBBI/RV/06/2018/10011, being 1st Registered Valuer from ICAI Registered Valuers Organization.
Registered as Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India bearing registration no. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01636/2019-2020/12529. And also holding valid Authorization for assignment (AFA) till December 2021.
Currently a partner in HANDS & Associates and looking after valuation due diligence and Forensic Audit department of the firm. He has worked as a partner in the Assurance segment of Mehra Goel & Co. for over a decade.
Currently Chairman of Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce. A section-8 company having professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountants, Advocates as members and has been quite active in making representations to various departments and Ministry of Finance relating to grievances/problems faced by them.
